HUNSN warrants products to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the specified warranty period from date of shipment and this period may vary by product. During the warranty period, HUNSN allows the user the option of repairing or replacing products that prove to be defective. Repaired or replaced products should be warranted by contacting us for the remainder of the original warranty period or within the 90-day extended warranty period, whichever proves to be longer. Please contact HUNSN for the warranty period specific to the product purchased.
Limitations of Warranty
Warranty Void Conditions – HUNSN’s limited warranty does not cover any failure(s) or defect(s) caused by but not limited to one or more of the following; incorrect installations, abuse, alterations, poor handling, misuse, accidents, improper packaging, abnormal use, excessive heat or cold, humidity, vibration, shock, power failures/surges, lightning, weather and repairs, upgrades, modifications by unauthorized sources or acts of God. The warranty does not apply to any product or part thereof whose original serial number has been altered, modified, defaced or deleted by human intervention. The warranty also does not cover damage or loss caused by external factors such as shipping of the product.
HUNSN offers extended warranty programs for particular products which must be purchased at the time of the original product sale. Both the additional one-year and two-year extended warranties are supposed to take effect on the first day after the expiration of the original warranty period.
Out Of Warranty Service
The cost of out-of-warranty repairs or replacement product requests will be quoted to you on a time and materials basis. The customer must agree to the cost of any repaired product prior to processing the repair.
Returned Items with No Fault Found
For items that are returned for repair without a fault being found, we will arrange to charge you a nominal service fee for diagnosis, testing, return shipping and other related costs after our inspection confirms that this is the case.
Customers are solely responsible for backing up the contents of their hard drives or other media, including any data you store or software you install on your storage device. HUNSN shall not be responsible for i) any loss of data due to storage media failure, ii) for any software programs, data or other information stored or used on any media or part of any product returned to HUNSN for warranty and non-warranty servicing. If during servicing the contents of the hard disk or any other data storage media are altered, deleted, modified or lost, HUNSN shall not be held responsible. The customer/purchaser/end user/returner is not responsible for any backup of any software program, data or information on any storage media or any part of the product returned for repair to ensure that any information on the product is returned to the developer intact.
Disclaimer of Warranty Services
In no event will HUNSN be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost business, lost savings, downtime, or delay, labor, repair or material cost, injury to person, property, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of use of or inability to use such product, even if HUNSN has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses,HUNSN will not accept any claims from any other party.
The above warranty is the only warranty authorized by HUNSN and is in lieu of any implied warranties, including implied warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. HUNSN reserves the right to waive its warranty policy based on outstanding payments in full and/or on a timely basis as set out in the terms of the invoice.
